*OVERS prizes will be awarded at the Show in a special prizegiving for all those having already qualified .

All entries to be sent in advance payable to GAINFIELD  

£12 per class per horse to be sent with your entry form.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1.              All classes are run under British Dressage rules.

2.              The Judge’s decision is final.

3.              The Organisers, Gainfield Training and Livery accept no liability for any accident, damage, illness or injury to horses, riders grooms spectators or any person whatsoever.

4.              The Organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health, safety and welfare of everyone present.  For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser and all the Officials and Stewards.

5.              The Organisers accept no responsibility for any theft or loss of materials or possessions of any nature arising from the show. Please ensure your valuables and all vehicles are secured.

6.              All dogs to be kept on leads and no further than the lorry park.

7.              All entries to be accompanied by the correct fees.

8.              The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entries without assigning a reason and to cancel any part or the whole of the show.

9.              No horses or ponies under 4 years of age are to be ridden on the showground.

10.          Riders are requested to ride sensibly at all times and to respect the land upon which they are riding.  Anyone found to be riding anywhere other than the nominated areas may be asked to leave.

11.          The Organisers reserve the right to restrict the number of entries per class. A wait list will be put in place.

12.          Skipping out lorries is forbidden on the show ground.

13.          By making an entry all competitors agree to abide by the rules and regulations.

14.          All tests can be commanded.
